Problem Description

Perform Group, a multimedia sports content commercialization company engages in various Internet-enabled digital platforms worldwide. It collects, produces, packages, and distributes digital content, as well as operates DAZN, a direct-to-consumer media platform. Perform Group also licenses digital products to online bookmakers, broadcasters, mobile operators, and other media businesses; and provides display and video advertising services, and sponsorship services. During the course of operations, Perform Group started facing issues with delivering content to their audience. The company was struggling to meet the high demands of its customers, with slow content delivery, buffering issues, and other streaming problems.

Solution Approach

During the brainstorming session we discovered that Perform Group's current operating system lacked the modern features and functionalities that make an application more captivating. Also, the content delivery infrastructure, including the servers, network, and content distribution system being installed were unable to stream a sporting event live for an extended period of time. Conclusively, the analysis identified that the infrastructure was outdated and unable to handle the high volume of traffic generated by the company's viewers.

After analyzing Perform Group's current situation, we upgraded their existing system by integrating cutting-edge features (value proposition) in it. To handle the high volume of traffic we installed a cloud-based content delivery network (CDN) (cloud engineering) to distribute content and reduce latency issues. In addition to the same, we upgraded the servers and network to improve performance and reduce downtime.

VE3 provided real-time monitoring of the content delivery infrastructure to identify and fix any issues pertaining. We used tools such as network monitoring software and log analyzers to monitor the infrastructure and ensure that everything was working smoothly. Herein, to enhance content delivery, we also recommended implementing a content management system (CMS) to manage and distribute the content efficiently to the viewers.


Geared with high knowledge of tapping technology, the solution proposed by VE3 made a huge impact on the overall performance wherein the Perform Group saw significant improvements in their content delivery infrastructure. The upgradation of the infrastructure and implementation of a cloud-based CDN reduced latency issues and improved content delivery speed, leading to a better viewing experience for the customers. On the other hand, the implementation of a CMS improved the management and distribution of content, making it easier for Perform Group to manage and distribute content to their audience effectively. The real-time monitoring also helped to identify and fix issues quickly, reducing downtime and improving overall performance.
